📋 Description

• Provide tactical support for client-facing projects • Manage and support project performance, emphasizing program financial management and progressive responsibility for client communications • Provide internal consultation on project management issues • Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement • Identify and escalate risks to project timelines and financial objectives for internal goals and client expectations • Monitor and manage designated clinical/non-clinical trial protocols • Be accountable for overall project performance and client satisfaction throughout assigned clinical trial project/protocol lifecycles • Consult laboratory management, technical staff, and support teams for scientific input to assist clients with clinical trial management • Monitor budgets, revenue forecasting/recognition, contract modification submissions, reviews, and follow-up • Coordinate review of data transfer agreements and data transfer requests • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and data-transfer timelines • Understand protocol language and translate it into internal systems and processes • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to 3 to 8 years, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including a drug screening • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills • Competence in Microsoft suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint • Proven analytical skills • Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with client information and data • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment • Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams • Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving conflicts in a professional environment • Ability to work Monday–Friday, approximately 8 AM–5 PM
