📋 Description

• Serve as the external face of AccessLex Institute and the Helix Bar Review program • Manage and develop relationships across assigned territory • Create territory-specific business plans to increase engagement and meet goals • Support bar review engagement efforts, including focus groups, feedback activities, company events, school visits, conferences and external opportunities • Create content supporting academic and bar success • Establish and maintain contact with member schools, faculty, administrators, students, student groups and related organizations • Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, workshops, webinars, emails and written communications • Represent the company at industry conferences, tradeshows and assigned events • Recruit, train and support student ambassadors • Provide direct support and mentoring to student users of the bar review program • Maintain contact management system records, contact information, event tracking and campaign participation • Maintain knowledge of company products and services and recommend new services and products • Contribute to development and quality control of products, services and communications • Maintain social media presence for promotion, lead development and nurturing in collaboration with marketing • Keep the National Director informed of red-flag issues • Provide updates and insights on law school bar-pass efforts, competitor efforts and industry information • Work collaboratively with bar review program engagement and strategic engagement teams • Report to the area National Director • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (J.D.) required • Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction required • 2+ years of experience in education, relationship-building and/or sales-related occupation • Strong understanding of sales and relationship development • Strong understanding of product development and delivery • Strong understanding of brand building • Strong understanding of the bar exam process, elements and strategies for success • Ability to initiate, champion and successfully implement new products • Ability to stay abreast of higher education policies and issues, particularly law school and professional school environments • Superior attention to detail and organizational and time-management skills • Superior writing, verbal communication, presentation and critical thinking skills • Collaborative mindset; ability to give and receive feedback • Computer proficiency, including Web-based applications, CRM (especially Salesforce), and online collaboration tools • Experience conducting in-person, phone and online client meetings and presentations • Passion and enthusiasm for legal education and student success • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel within assigned territory • Ability to work productively from a home office, on a campus or on the go • Preferred: Knowledge of bar review programs and school-related bar success efforts • Preferred: Knowledge of student engagement and programming best practices • Preferred: Experience in the legal education sector • Preferred: Knowledge of event planning and coordination and conference vending
