📋 Description

• Serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned Sage Intacct projects • Build trusted client relationships and guide stakeholders through implementation decisions • Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business, accounting, reporting, and operational requirements • Provide strategic recommendations aligned with Sage Intacct capabilities and industry best practices • Identify and resolve implementation risks, issues, and escalations • Lead solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities • Translate business requirements into Sage Intacct solutions and workflows • Advise clients on financial process improvements, reporting structures, and system optimization • Oversee complex implementations involving multiple entities, dimensions, approvals, and advanced reporting • Own project execution from kickoff through go-live and stabilization • Coordinate activities across clients, internal teams, and external partners • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and scope changes • Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and implementation records • Design and deliver end-user training, workshops, and adoption activities • Support user acceptance testing and operational transition • Mentor implementation team members and share best practices • Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain timekeeping, project records, and implementation documentation • Partner with the Ongoing Support team to ensure a seamless client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist Certification, or ability to obtain certification within 1–3 months of hire • 4+ years of accounting, financial systems, ERP implementation, consulting, or related experience • Approximately 10–12 ERP or Sage Intacct implementations, including successful participation in or leadership • Demonstrated experience leading client-facing projects and managing multiple priorities • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) • Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment • Currently authorized to work in the U.S. and Canada; no work sponsorship offered
