📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules, including business processes, eligibility rules, calculations, and accruals • Support design, testing, deployment, and enhancement of Workday functionality • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with stakeholders to resolve defects • Serve as subject matter expert for Payroll and Time Tracking configuration and system support • Ensure payroll compliance through accurate system configuration and audits • Develop and maintain Workday reports • Create dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision making • Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and governance practices • Manage EIB uploads and maintain system data tables • Support HRIS projects, including testing and Workday releases • Provide backup support for Benefits and Compensation modules • Partner with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to ensure system accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Must have configuration experience with US Payroll, Global Absence, Global Time Tracking, and Reporting Workday modules • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of HRIS experience • At least 3 years of Workday configuration experience • Experience with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules • Experience building Workday reports and dashboards • Understanding of Workday architecture and data structures • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Advanced Excel skills • High level of confidentiality and integrity • Must currently reside in one of the eligible states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MN, NC, NY, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV
