📋 Description

• Direct the clinical, epidemiological, and economic evidence packages • Understand and challenge the evidence packages • Position evidence for the right audience and sequence • Determine what evidence a product needs for payers, Medicaid, government and public health programs, health systems and 340B entities, and employers • Build an integrated evidence strategy across HEOR, RWE, PROs, and health services research • Develop value dossiers, budget impact tools, and evidence for formulary and payer decision-makers • Lead external partners and budgets • Partner across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, and Government Affairs • Build evidence strategies and infrastructure for the potential launch of cytisinicline, a treatment approach for smoking and vaping cessation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building an integrated evidence strategy across HEOR, RWE, PROs, and health services research • Experience in primary care, population health, vaccines, or another high-volume/public health category • Experience developing value dossiers, budget impact tools, and evidence for formulary and payer decision-makers • Ability to navigate the economic case where the payer, provider, and beneficiary are different parties • Peer-reviewed publication experience • Ability to move between scientific detail and access strategy • Experience leading external partners and budgets • Ability to challenge models line by line • Experience partnering across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, and Government Affairs • Understanding of which evidence belongs in payer dossiers, peer-reviewed manuscripts, or neither • Experience building evidence infrastructure or strategies from the ground up • Strategic perspective on evidence architecture • Hands-on judgment to evaluate evidence details • Relevant background may include smoking, vaping, addiction, perioperative care, oncology care, epidemiology, health services research, clinical practice, or research • Full-time availability
