📋 Description

• Communicate with members via phone and email • Exhibit care in every member interaction • Listen to members and provide empathy and solutions for their unique needs • Support onboarding and new account setup • Answer questions and coach members throughout their financial journey • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices • Accurately document member interactions and activity • Participate in career progression and train toward higher-level positions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience (call center or retail) • High school diploma or equivalent • Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am and 8pm • People-focused approach and solution mindset • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls • Strong communication skills
