📋 Description

• Convert warm leads into loan sales • Influence prospects through the loan application and close sales within 1–2 calls • Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages • Identify customer pain points and explain how personal loan products provide solutions • Exceed daily and weekly sales targets • Help customers with digital personal finance solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience • Outbound call center experience preferred • Proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles • Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRM systems • Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) • Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday shifts • Ability to work during business hours between 7:00am and 9:00pm CST • Must be located in Texas or Florida for the remote/hybrid arrangement
