📋 Description

• Manage the company’s daily cash position and ensure adequate working capital across business units • Initiate daily, weekly, and monthly wires for funding and cash management across banks and warehouses • Track treasury transactions and support proper accounting • Create and manage wire templates • Build, update, and maintain working capital forecasting models and reporting • Create and run a daily operations playbook with documentation, automation, and structure • Own relationships with accounts payable, finance, accounting, procurement, business operations, investor operations, wholesale commissions, and capital markets/warehouse operations • Own the weekly and ad hoc working capital process, including meetings, action items, and closure • Manage capital flows through credit facilities and capital markets vehicles • Develop expertise in fintech capital markets and perform interest rate forecasting • Collaborate with legal, finance, capital markets, and accounting on intercompany loans, profit sharing, tax treatments, and complex transactions • Lead treasury policy, controls, and electronic banking portal administration • Maintain bank accounts, permissions, authorized signer lists, ZBA structures, and documentation • Lead daily allocation of loans to investors and refresh related forecasts • Manage banking partner and lender relationships • Support month-end close, financial covenant tracking, reporting, audits, and internal testing • Distribute financial dashboards covering cash balances, borrowing capacity, inflows, outflows, and performance against forecasts • Provide ad hoc analytical and financial modeling support • Build and maintain financial models and forecasts for working capital inflows and outflows • Consolidate working capital modules into a dashboard • Administer credit facilities, including covenant compliance reporting, drawdowns, and payments • Perform sensitivity analysis for covenants and triggers • Leverage data feeds and AI to improve internal treasury management systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, treasury, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar finance function • Strong foundational skills in financial modeling and analysis with attention to detail • Experience supporting project management tasks • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity • Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Adaptability to changing business needs and complex business environments • Critical thinking and ability to investigate financial models and offer thoughtful insights and improvements • Self-starter and builder eager to implement best-in-class practices • Experience with treasury management systems such as GTreasury, Kyriba, and ModernTreasury, or building internal tooling leveraging data feeds and AI • Must be located in an approved PST, MST, or CST location, or in the Phoenix, AZ or San Francisco, CA metro markets for hybrid work • Achieve cannot facilitate H1-B visa transfer or sponsorship, or STEM-OPT Visa
