📋 Description

• Support complex delivery programs through CCaaS implementation and enterprise architecture expertise • Champion ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across workstreams • Prioritize assignments across projects based on capability, complexity, and client needs • Support internal process improvement projects, methodologies, and documentation • Maintain knowledge of evolving vendor capabilities and share relevant updates • Identify opportunities involving new product features and solutions • Lead and own end-to-end enterprise CCaaS technical architecture design • Apply security, compliance, data privacy, AI, and NLP concepts to platform architecture • Provide implementation consultation across multiple CCaaS platform capabilities • Support the design, build, and maintenance of reusable code libraries • Conduct stakeholder interviews to establish business requirement milestones • Support technical resourcing for deployment program phases • Support PMO status reporting and executive readouts • Lead technical strategies, systems solutions, and architectural roadmaps • Act as a subject matter expert on operational impacts of technology decisions • Educate technical and non-technical stakeholders on business impacts • Lead testing strategy, execution, and defect resolution • Manage vendor-specific Business Requirements Documentation through client sign-off • Support Statements of Work and Pricing Models for Deployment Services scope

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in CCaaS software design, documenting and implementing enterprise-level clientele • Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science or computer engineering preferred) • Experience conducting code reviews and establishing best practices standards for coding and documentation • Experience with coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++ • Expert experience with NICE CXOne and/or Genesys Pure Cloud • Experience building and managing portfolios of reusable scripting and development templates • Intermediate experience with REST and SOAP API integrations, including designing and implementing complex integrations • Strong background in contact center platforms and technology • Experience and competency with Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) • Intermediate-level competency with vision flows (Visio, Lucid, etc.) • Basic understanding of the interplay between CCaaS and UCaaS platforms • Experience with end-to-end enterprise CCaaS technical architecture, including omni-channel routing, customer analytics, workforce engagement, marketplace bolt-on capabilities, ACD/IVR design, API approaches, and external data integrations • Authorization to work in the United States is addressed in the application
