📋 Description

• Make, obtain, and secure sales, with operator contact accounting for 60% of time allocation. • Develop and maintain sales through product presentations and customer interaction on behalf of CORE clients. • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio of at least 25 accounts, calling on them every 60 days. • Make at least 10 sales calls per week. • Present at least 3 clients on each sales call. • Use CRM for sales activity planning and reporting, target and objective planning, and self-management. • Enter relevant information in real time and by assigned deadlines. • Maintain and update operator profiles, including buyer contacts, market segments, attributes, size, buying group affiliation, distribution channel, and competitive information. • Prepare and secure sales tools such as samples, programs, and digital presentations. • Support team efforts through company sales meetings, food shows, vendor fairs, and district sales meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry or with a focus on operator-level sales. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. • Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales. • Willingness to continuously learn and develop sales skills. • Ability to work in the United States, validated through E-Verify.
