📋 Description

• Responsible for making meaningful moments for Owners, members, and guests • Use sales techniques to convert prospective owners into purchasers and reload Owners • Develop relationships by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads • Cater the sales experience to individual needs and preferences • Follow the sales contract process ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely • Maintain the customer relationship after sale to ensure continued satisfaction and develop business opportunities • Complete required processing of documents and ensure loan applications are thoroughly reviewed and completed properly

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred but not required • Proficiency in English • Minimum one-year of timeshare sales experience within last 2 years required • Proficiency in computer skills, specifically in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel and Teams preferred
