📋 Description

• Identify venues and assist in multi-market site selection and negotiation • Manage vendors to ensure flawless execution and optimum return on cost • Handle administrative oversight • Provide weekly status updates on program results and personnel, plus client program reporting and reviews • Coordinate event logistics, including properties, staff, and routing • Support event budgets and vendor invoices • Identify field issues and develop solutions through crisis management • Activate fully integrated marketing campaigns through event marketing, PR stunts, regional and national events, advocacy events/parties, viral campaigns, and digital executions • Coordinate event planning, implementation, and vendor management • Work closely with Field Managers and vendors to exceed expectations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred • 1 year of event planning experience • Professionally polished and interested in client-facing opportunities • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Solid understanding of social media tools and digital platforms • Strong computer application skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to work in a digital work environment • Availability for flexible work hours, including evenings and/or weekends at times • Ability to perform seeing and listening requirements
