📋 Description

• Sell the client's products to existing and new customers at the operator level • Achieve growth expectations for the assigned client • Collaborate with key client positions to provide support, reporting, and sales • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet objectives • Use Power BI dashboards and client/customer data to manage the business • Develop, train, and motivate the CORE sales team • Monitor scorecards, opportunities, and pipeline per associate to increase client engagement • Execute the client's sales plan • Track progress and performance on internal systems • Develop relationships with top distributor and operator customers in the market • Lead local sales meetings and major local market selling functions, including food shows and critical sales calls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
