📋 Description

• Train, mentor, and inspire a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCMs) to meet and exceed client expectations in merchandising, shelving, and sales execution • Provide daily strategic direction to maximize sales opportunities and guide the team in identifying best practices and in-store selling opportunities • Conduct regular audits and deliver actionable feedback to ensure high-quality execution • Build strong relationships with retail partners through consistent communication • Partner with Retail Directors and internal stakeholders to align on key initiatives and communicate effectively across teams • Serve as a subject matter expert on Acosta’s retail systems • Train associates using Acosta University and other tools to enhance in-store performance • Develop impactful selling materials for retail meetings • Conduct bi-quarterly evaluations to support team development • Perform other responsibilities as assigned, including meeting physical requirements and maintaining a valid driver’s license for travel

• Proven ability to see the big picture and translate diverse systems and goals into actionable plans • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and promoting continuous learning within teams • Ability to align organizational goals with individual performance objectives • Expertise in retail systems and tools to drive efficiency and execution • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills • Comfortable presenting to various audiences and responding to questions with confidence
