📋 Description

• Lead the fast-growing IT organization • Connect helpdesk and IT engineering functions to strategic business initiatives • Add AI automation to day-to-day operations • Define and steward the IT department’s mission, vision, and core values • Determine strategic initiatives through data analysis and stakeholder feedback • Facilitate employee engagement while meeting business needs • Build a culture of continuous improvement, rigorous execution, employee engagement, and customer service • Serve as a thought leader and industry expert on trends and customer needs • Build relationships with senior and executive leaders across the company • Establish meaningful metrics, measure IT performance, and provide business updates • Develop, promote, and execute the long-term IT roadmap • Facilitate financial planning and resource allocation for IT initiatives and company growth • Maintain the IT budget and align spending with business benefits and FP&A’s financial plan • Partner with HR Tech, Security, PMO, and Helpdesk to identify systemic pain points, prioritize work, and deliver scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in corporate technology with a focus on service and strategy • 4+ years of IT leadership experience • Experience establishing internal relationships with senior leaders • Working knowledge of Okta, macOS, G Suite including Gemini, Zoom, Claude, Jamf, Salesforce, and Jira • Project and program management experience • Experience managing a hybrid and international team • Ability to lead personnel from both a technical and career growth perspective • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize numerous projects based on urgency and business importance • Experience establishing IT as both a service-oriented department and strategic business partner
