The platform provides continuous patch compliance and reporting (PCI, HIPAA, SOC 2, CIS, etc. ), MSP/MSSP-focused services, APIs and PowerShell automation, and real-time scalability for enterprise environments to reduce cyber risk and operational costs.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedback. • Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority tradeoffs visible. • Delegate ownership to engineers and, as the team grows, team leads; distinguish near-term delivery from long-term capability development. • Work with Product Management to define priorities, plan delivery, and translate customer needs into integration capabilities. • Oversee connectors to third-party applications and services. • Oversee an Integrations Store for discovering and managing available integrations. • Oversee data mapping, validation, and synchronization between systems. • Oversee authentication, authorization, and secure credential handling. • Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery from integration failures. • Guide technical decisions from solution design through development and production rollout. • Establish reusable integration patterns handling retries, rate limits, duplicate events, and API version changes. • Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations. • Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and guide production issue resolution. • Coordinate with engineering teams and external partners on dependencies and compatibility. • Apply AI technologies where they improve integration development, testing, or support, with appropriate validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems. • Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to contribute to technical problem-solving. • Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Experience building and operating AWS services in production. • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining APIs and integrations with external systems. • Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, data consistency, and failure recovery. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, aggregation, and query performance. • Experience with secure authentication and authorization for integrations. • Strong communication skills and the ability to align engineering work with product priorities. • Professional working proficiency in English for leading an English-speaking team and collaborating across functions. • Experience writing automated integration and contract tests. • Proficiency in SQL. • Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution. • Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance. • Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints. • Experience maintaining integrations across multiple third-party API versions.
