• Receive incoming calls while following scripts and meeting standards, handling 60–80 calls per day • Listen to and appropriately process voicemails • Handle resident chats • Process emails from managers, vendors, and homeowners • Create work orders and relay them to vendors or managers • Return phone calls according to company policy • Take detailed messages, relay information, and enter notes • Communicate with managers about requests requiring special attention • Follow relevant Community Care standard operating procedures • Perform other tasks necessary for smooth operation of the Community Care Department • Assist clients and vendors with maintenance requests, accounting questions, and general questions via phone, chat, and email
• At least 18 years of age • High school diploma or equivalent • General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook • General knowledge of office equipment, including a personal computer • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment • High level of customer service, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals • Ability to speak and enunciate clearly over the telephone • Excellent written communication skills • Personable, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Quiet designated work area and fast internet • Availability to work any assigned shift between 7am and 6pm PST • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer • Constant use of a telephone and headset
