📋 Description

• Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules across general ledger accounts • Partner with FP&A, Payroll, PeopleOps, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial information • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Analyze financial results and investigate variances and discrepancies • Perform flux and variance analyses using data analytics and AI-enabled tools • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and internal control enhancements • Support external audits, special projects, system implementations, and other accounting initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls • Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets • Hands-on experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred • Strong critical thinking skills and experience identifying discrepancies and implementing process improvements • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to audit-ready support • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight month-end deadlines • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship • Willingness to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
