📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools • Create interactive reports that translate productivity data into operational insights for ActivTrak customers • Support data integration with third-party systems to enhance reporting capabilities • Partner with engineers to validate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency • Implement data validation processes to maintain high-quality analytical outputs • Conduct deep analysis of workforce and productivity trends using SQL and Python • Deliver data-driven recommendations that empower customers to optimize performance and decision-making • Support HR, Operations, and Product teams by querying key datasets from Google BigQuery • Ensure timely and accurate responses to ad-hoc data needs • Collaborate on the development and refinement of productivity measurement frameworks • Align metrics with evolving business goals and customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL (advanced queries and optimization) • Minimum 3 years of experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI with DAX and PowerQuery, Looker Studio, or Qlik) • Minimum 3 years of experience with Python • Minimum 3 years of experience with API Integrations • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, metrics development, and cross-functional reporting • Minimum 3 years of experience with ETL and Data Warehousing • Minimum 3 years of experience with AppScripts and PowerShell • Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform • Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels • Self-starter with a growth mindset and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to deal with ambiguity and collaborate with different teams towards mutual goals • Motivated by an interest in developing the best possible solutions • Preferred: Experience in Workforce Analytics
