• Communicate with clients by phone, text, and email within 20 minutes • Provide process and administrative support to the team • Capture every detail accurately in the CRM • Solve problems proactively using AI tools • Deliver a five-star customer experience
🎯 Requirements
• Impeccable English — flawless written and spoken • Tech savvy • Experience with ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and CRM software • Work-from-home setup with a computer, reliable internet, and workspace for video meetings • Ability to work 9am–6pm CT, Thursday–Monday • Outgoing personality is a plus
