📋 Description

• Manage logistics operations covering outbound shipments and warehousing • Collaborate with customer service teams and logistics partners to deliver best-in-class customer service • Coordinate the physical flow of products from distribution to customers, including stock coordination • Contribute to customer delivery lead-time commitments • Participate in implementing logistics performance indicators such as OTIF and lead times • Work with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and other logistics service providers to optimize customer service • Support customs and Incoterms management as required • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma in logistics with experience in imports and distribution • 3–5+ years’ experience in logistics/warehousing • Haz Mat certifications required: DOT, IMDG, and IATA • Experience with ISO 22.000 and GDP preferred • Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) certification is a plus • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced MS Excel proficiency • Proficiency with customer service software • Expertise with technology tools such as SAP, SAGE, SQL, Access, Tableau, or TMS tools • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong client-facing and communication skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work from a home office with adequate space and tools • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting/moving of up to 10 pounds
