📋 Description

• Execute regional supply chain management activities for the business unit • Own and execute regional business unit Sales and Operations Plan processes • Coordinate Customer Service and Logistics activities at the regional level • Manage orders from entry through delivery, including customer relations, supplier relations, inbound logistics, warehousing, outbound logistics, and invoicing • Own the regional business unit order-to-cash process • Monitor order bookings and update leadership on order pacing • Serve as the sales single point of contact for order-to-cash concerns • Communicate operational issues to regional business unit leadership • Manage OTIF performance and the downstream customer experience • Connect with invoicing, warehousing, shared services, SCM process owners, and centers of excellence • Ensure compliance with global operational standards, procedures, and policies • Triage regional operational and inventory issues • Own the business unit plan-to-produce/deliver process, including inventory management, target setting, S&OP, and purchase order creation and follow-up • Monitor inbound materials through warehouse or customer receipt • Manage outbound shipment expectations with sites • Coordinate inventory strategy and route-to-market discussions with sales • Support landed-cost estimation • Manage inventory turns and customer experience • Implement and execute regional business unit S&OP • Coordinate the regional business unit operations team • Increase employee skills and support change management • Establish integration and training procedures • Develop plans for direct operational reports • Manage planning and resource availability • Support KPI implementation • Ensure forecast accuracy reporting • Set up business unit reporting and communication

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of operational experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain planning • First experience in management or transactional management • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management • Supply chain certification by industry organizations such as ASCM preferred • Strong MS Office skills, including MS Excel expertise • Proficiency in ERP software • Expertise with SAGE technology tools • Working knowledge of databases and tools • Verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable with Incoterms • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with international contacts • Operational management experience • Fluency in English • Supervisory responsibility for Customer Service Representatives, Logistics Representatives, Logistics Coordinators, Inventory Managers, and Supply Chain Analysts as appropriate
