📋 Description

• Own strategic AI build partnerships end to end, from pre-workshop discovery and opportunity framing through workshop facilitation, build sprint delivery, solution validation, and handoff • Lead conversations positioning AcuityMD as the customer's AI solution for MedTech and a strategic platform for executing its AI roadmap • Design and facilitate executive leadership workshops to surface high-value workflows and produce prioritized use-case portfolios • Recommend engagement models including in-surface enrichment, callable tools, bespoke skills, and insight-to-action workflows • Define business cases, ROI assumptions, success metrics, and validation approaches with customer stakeholders • Translate customer pain points, workflows, and technical requirements into scoped AI solutions and multi-workstream delivery plans • Partner with Product and Engineering to scope and lead Forward Deployed sprints • Validate delivered solutions and prepare them to scale across customer organizations before account-team transition • Lead platform-level roadmap conversations with customer AI leadership, including CTOs and CIOs • Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and Value Engineering • Shape AcuityMD's external product-market narrative on AI in medtech • Mentor early-career Medtech Architects and strengthen the Forward Deployed playbook

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience across medtech, healthcare technology, enterprise SaaS, AI services, or adjacent fields • Direct medtech experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated record leading strategic customer engagements and delivering complex technical solutions in enterprise environments • Experience delivering AI products, AI-enabled services, or custom AI solutions for customers • Executive credibility with C-suite stakeholders, including CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, and CCOs • Medtech domain knowledge across commercial, clinical, and operational realities • AI and architecture fluency, including roadmap and architecture discussions, solution patterns, risks, and tradeoffs • Success scoping, selling, and delivering complex multi-quarter, multi-workstream engagements • Commercial and customer judgment in evaluating use cases and engagement models • Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Cross-functional leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Data teams • Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred • Advanced degree, prior Forward Deployed experience, and published medtech/AI thought leadership are nice to haves • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA
