📋 Description

• Design AI-powered workflows for the future of audit and assurance • Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate audit processes into scalable product capabilities • Work directly with audit firms to understand workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities • Identify edge cases, controls, and quality requirements for professional-services workflows • Collaborate with the ML team to develop AI agent capabilities for document analysis, testing procedures, and evidence evaluation • Rethink audit processes and shape how AI augments professional judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus CPA license, or Master’s degree in Accounting • 8–10+ years of audit experience at a leading public accounting firm, at Senior Manager level or above • Experience auditing financial statements end-to-end • Experience designing and executing audit workpapers across financial statement areas • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation • Experience with audit planning and risk assessment • Experience evaluating internal controls (ICFR) • Experience executing substantive testing across key balance sheet and income statement areas • Experience reviewing financial statements and disclosures • Experience working across multiple clients and industries • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex accounting concepts into product requirements • Strong prioritization skills • Curiosity about AI and its impact on professional services • Interest in working with engineers to build new systems • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Interest in improving audit processes
