📋 Description

• Establish and execute the architectural roadmap for Managed and Professional Services • Drive scalable solutions aligned with GDT client needs, vision, and strategy • Create custom solutions when required • Apply business, technology, and IT strategy while balancing short-term and long-term client needs • Connect data, networks, services, tools, and other solution elements through an end-to-end approach • Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization for major plans and procedures • Support GDT clients across enterprise infrastructure and management platforms • Maintain GDT clients’ solutions, including data, networks, services, and tools • Oversee, improve, and update enterprise technologies, capabilities, tooling, hardware, software, and licensing • Assess legacy systems for optimization, modernization, and alignment with current and future business strategies • Determine the needs of client operations and processes across the organization • Provide financial and operational improvement metrics demonstrating business outcomes and impact • Complete goal setting, interim reviews, and year-end reviews in the performance management process • Supervise and provide technical guidance to other GDT architects • Prepare and present solutions to all levels of client leadership, including C-Suite

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Security, or equivalent experience • Strong IT and technology expertise across network, collaboration, data center, cloud, security, and CX areas • Subject matter expertise in two or more technology areas and broad understanding of many others • Deep knowledge of multiple industries or verticals based on experience • Successful enterprise architecture experience combining communication, analytical, leadership, teamwork, and complex problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business, financial, and technical client strategies into optimal, efficient, scalable, and measurable solutions • Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions satisfying business requirements and producing objective outcomes • Ability to solve solution challenges throughout the solutioning and pursuit lifecycle • Proven experience supervising and providing technical guidance to other architects • Experience preparing and presenting solutions to client leadership, including C-Suite • A variety of OEM and industry entry-level, professional, specialist, and expert certifications across multiple vendors and technologies • Examples of certifications include Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCDP/CCIE/CCDE, NetApp NCTA/NCDA/NCSE/NCHCA, Fortinet NSE 1–8, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIP/JNCIS, ISC² certifications, EXIN ITIL, and TOGAF
