📋 Description

• Direct the enterprise GenAI technology portfolio and lead large-scale, onshore client engagements • Act as a trusted senior technical architect and advisor to client leadership • Bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities and core business transformation • Oversee multiple architectural delivery streams • Make high-impact decisions on technology stacks, framework selection, and infrastructure trade-offs across the 7-layer AI stack • Define multi-year GenAI roadmaps and evaluate structural architecture trade-offs across the 7-layer LLM stack • Compare commercial APIs and hosted open-source LLMs based on cost, latency, and data privacy • Review and approve macro-level AI architectures • Architect scalable data ingestion pipelines using semantic RAG, Agentic RAG, or GraphRAG • Design integrated AI observability layers and implement tools to track token consumption, agentic reasoning loops, model drift, and hallucination rates • Architect data protection pipelines using Enterprise Data Loss Prevention tools, data sanitization, and semantic caching • Lead onshore client-facing engagements and pitch complex AI solutions to C-suite stakeholders • Translate engineering trade-offs into financial and operational ROI frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• High-impact executive presence • Extensive experience in technology consulting, solution scoping, and technical proposal architecture • Deep hands-on background in enterprise integration patterns • Expert-level capability comparing LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel • Experience evaluating vLLM and TensorRT-LLM • Deep familiarity with enterprise data storage strategy • Experience comparing Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, and pgvector • Master’s degree in computer science, AI, or IT Management • 12–18 years of progressive IT/AI experience, emphasizing senior technical architecture and client delivery

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary of USD $200,000–$280,000 per year • Benefits information provided at https://www.exlservice.com/us-careers-and-benefits • Compensation may exceed the posted range for higher-cost zones such as California, New York, and New Jersey
