📋 Description

• Tackle high-priority strategic questions involving AI costs and ROI, market opportunities, new products, pricing and packaging, and strategic investments • Partner cross-functionally to structure ambiguous problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and turn data into recommendations and decisions • Own forecasting, headcount and spend planning, and financial modeling • Build and improve driver-based models for performance, scenarios, growth, efficiency, and investment decisions • Improve Finance data quality and connectivity across systems • Develop AI-enabled workflows, redesign processes, and automate repetitive work • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify drivers and leading indicators, and provide recommendations • Define and track business metrics and KPIs • Build reporting and operating cadences to identify risks, opportunities, and actions • Own and improve procurement processes, tooling, and request workflows • Support vendor evaluations, renewals, benchmarking, and negotiations • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, optimize licenses, eliminate redundant tools, and improve spend efficiency • Independently drive analytical and cross-functional workstreams while partnering with senior Finance and company leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience across investment banking, management consulting, Strategic Finance / FP&A, Business Operations, or similar analytical roles • Experience operating in a high-growth technology company strongly preferred • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills • Ability to build analyses from a blank page in Excel or Google Sheets • High bar for accuracy and judgment about appropriate precision • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and reason from first principles • Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively • AI- and systems-minded, with willingness to use AI, automation, and better tooling • Comfortable working directly with data • Clear, concise communication and ability to create executive-ready recommendations • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners • Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization is a plus • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA
