📋 Description

• Support the AI product line life cycle from strategic planning through tactical activities • Coordinate with development and marketing teams on market requirements, personas, product planning, and communications • Create, maintain, and present internal and external AI product roadmaps • Support business cases for AI initiatives and provide information for senior management decisions • Support end-to-end delivery of AI functionality across the ERP platform • Conduct market research, technology assessments, competitive analysis, and identification of AI-related market problems • Contact and visit customers and partners to gather requirements and understand AI use cases • Participate in events, seminars, and customer demonstrations • Document and present market and product requirements • Communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale for AI features • Support product release activities and organizational coordination • Support customer demos, interviews, and onboarding/setup for AI features • Enable application teams, VARs, and ISVs to use Platform AI tools • Identify beta customers and support beta and managed availability releases • Review documentation and training materials and guide Education teams • Review Quality Assurance output to ensure high customer satisfaction with AI features

🎯 Requirements

• Exposure to ERP, SaaS, or business application concepts through coursework, internships, or prior experience • At least 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, development, coordination, and/or delivery within business applications • Business and technical curiosity with enthusiasm for AI capabilities and real-world applications • Enjoyment of direct customer engagement to understand product use and identify AI-driven solutions • Detail-oriented and organized • Strong decision-making and time-management skills • Ability to listen, ask questions, and solve problems • Self-driven and realistic about goals • Exceptional organizational and communication skills • Ability and willingness to travel to the United States as needed
