📋 Description

• Direct product strategy and execution for Acxiom’s Global Data & Identity Capabilities from conception through end of life • Serve as a central resource across product, design, engineering, architecture, quality, marketing, and delivery throughout the product lifecycle • Gather and define requirements from global stakeholders and prioritize them into a roadmap • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute product development plans and ensure product performance meets defined goals • Operate as an independent product owner within a defined scope, owning day-to-day product decisions, delivery, and performance • Define and execute product roadmaps aligned to broader product or domain strategy • Build and maintain product business plans supporting revenue, adoption, and cost-efficiency goals • Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization • Establish and manage quarterly OKRs and product KPIs • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and stakeholders to support product launches, positioning, and adoption • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement • Work with privacy, legal, and compliance teams throughout the product lifecycle • Support research and analysis for product enhancements, positioning, and competitive differentiation • Escalate complex cross-product dependencies, strategic tradeoffs, and investment considerations to senior product leadership • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced associates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments • Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices • Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments • Proven and Demonstratable knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar • Practical experience in AdTech/MarTech or data-driven product ecosystems (preferred) • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred) • Go-to-Market (GTM) Product Launch Experience (preferred) • Advanced, proven knowledge of Acxiom products (preferred)
