📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles • Partner with hiring managers, program leaders, and internal stakeholders on active hiring needs and future contract growth • Participate in recruiting and hiring manager meetings to align on hiring needs, priorities, and progress • Understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines with hiring managers • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process • Maintain accurate pipeline data and candidate source tracking in the Applicant Tracking System • Support reporting and pipeline tracking for hiring progress and pipeline health • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Contribute to recruiting initiatives and process improvements • Identify hiring challenges and escalate risks or blockers • Work toward time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and hiring manager satisfaction goals • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers on hiring strategy and candidate selection • Support recruiting in government contracting or proposal-based environments • Identify and engage candidates for contingent offers • Track candidates tied to pre-award hiring efforts • Build and maintain bench talent pools • Manage offer presentation, candidate closing, HR coordination, offer status, and candidate follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• 35+ years of recruiting experience in agency, in-house, or blended environments • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools • Strong communication skills with ability to influence and build stakeholder relationships • Experience supporting government contracting, federal, or proposal-based recruiting environments • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred) • Experience recruiting in the technology industry (preferred) • Experience with contingent offers, pipeline recruiting, or pre-award hiring efforts (preferred) • Familiarity with labor category mapping or structured hiring frameworks (preferred) • Experience with ClearCompany ATS (preferred)
