📋 Description

• Serve as an emerging subject matter expert and autonomous individual contributor • Lead and monitor scope, schedule, and delivery requirements with minimal oversight • Represent product management in planning sessions and advocate for effective solutions • Serve as the primary lead and proactively communicate with stakeholders • Drive improvements in product management processes and practices • Support programs, portfolios, and business unit initiatives • Mentor individuals and provide constructive feedback for employee development and practice innovation • Present to internal and external audiences • Define product vision and strategy and identify growth opportunities • Make decisions, pivot, and experiment to inform next steps • Support proposal writing, solution development, presentations, and briefings • Partner with Project and Program Managers to deliver required scope and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience • Relevant years of experience may be substituted for education • 3+ years of experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams • Ability to obtain/maintain CSPO, CPM, CSM, or other related certifications • Strong influential, communication, consensus-building, conflict-mitigation, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to define product vision and strategy and identify growth areas • Ability to make educated decisions, pivot, and experiment to reduce uncertainty • Ability to translate complex issues for varied audiences • Ability to support proposal writing, solution development, presentations, and briefings
