📋 Description

• Support the AdaptHealth product development team as a liaison between the business, product leader, and technical teams • Analyze data to determine the root cause of denials • Analyze billing trends and denials to maximize revenue and respond to customer needs • Analyze processes targeted by senior management and identify opportunities for improvement • Monitor and maintain established AdaptHealth applications • Coordinate and support enhancement requests for established applications • Communicate feature and business requests to the product team • Compile and distribute reports on application utilization and adoption • Analyze large amounts of data and develop reports to clearly communicate results to leadership • Identify areas of process improvement in revenue cycle management • Conduct research to analyze trends and potential resolutions of inquiries regarding patient accounts • Independently complete tasks and small projects

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree from an accredited college is required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Two (2) years’ work-related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management is required • Exact job experience may include the listed tasks in a Medicare-certified HME environment that routinely bills insurance • Ability to appropriately interact with patients, referral sources, and staff • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication • Excellent customer service and telephone service skills • Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Technical aptitude to understand data flow through systems and system interaction
