📋 Description

• Coordinate scheduling of technicians, engineers, and equipment across multiple concurrent projects, adjusting as priorities and timelines shift • Lead client-facing calls, including kickoffs, status updates, and issue escalations, as the day-to-day contact for project logistics • Own project documentation, including schedules, task trackers, status reports, and change logs • Track hours and progress against the scope of work, and flag schedule or scope risks • Coordinate procurement and delivery logistics for hardware and equipment on active projects • Connect project managers, technical teams, and clients, resolving coordination issues proactively • Support the Director of Project Management with reporting, process improvements, and portfolio coordination • Keep engagements on schedule, on budget, and clients informed of project status

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years coordinating projects, ideally in IT, telecom, or another technical services environment • Experience scheduling technical resources or field teams across multiple active workstreams • Comfort leading client calls and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical audiences • Strong organizational skills and a track record of managing concurrent projects without dropping details • Experience with project or scheduling tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project • Excellent written and verbal communication • Experience at a managed services provider (MSP) or IT solutions company (nice to have) • CAPM, or actively working toward PMP certification (nice to have) • Familiarity with infrastructure project terminology, including firewalls, wireless deployments, server migrations, and network refreshes (nice to have) • Experience with CRM or PSA platforms (nice to have)
