📋 Description

• Coordinate virtual interviews across multiple time zones • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics from candidate scheduling through first-day onboarding • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates’ scheduling needs • Provide timely communication and support throughout the interview process • Deliver a consistent, professional, high-quality candidate experience • Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS • Ensure interviewers have schedules, materials, and relevant candidate information • Support offer letter preparation and pre-onboarding coordination • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve recruiting operations

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision • Skilled at problem-solving and navigating scheduling challenges • Comfortable learning new systems and tools • Professional and discreet when handling confidential information • Collaborative and service-oriented, with a focus on enabling hiring success • Experience with Greenhouse, GoodTime, or Workday is a plus • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship • Authorized to begin work in the United States on the first day of employment
