• Manage the New Membership Transition project and related cross-functional interventions • Serve as key point of contact, ensuring project momentum, shared visibility, alignment, and documentation • Support project teams with task movement, progress tracking, decision-making, and roadblock removal • Maintain regular project-team touchpoints and oversee ClickUp usage for progress tracking • Refine backlog and priorities continuously • Maintain alignment with Sponsors, Product Owner, and Project Lead • Document decisions and directions for cross-functional visibility • Maintain the project roadmap and identify, flag, and mitigate delivery risks • Organize information and agendas, convene task teams, and facilitate meetings and activities • Coordinate cross-functional work and external input to deliver project milestones • Provide project reminders and follow-ups • Manage scope creep and facilitate scope change requests • Participate in Project Management Office and departmental/organizational meetings • Meet weekly with PMO leadership to provide project updates and escalate concerns or challenges
• Intermediate-level project management experience • Experience on cross-functional projects • Experience and understanding of industry reporting, membership engagement, and partnership landscapes • Positive attitude, problem-solving and agile mindset • Ability to understand the needs of internal stakeholders • Experience with backlog refinement and hosting agile ceremonies • Experience sharing updates with teams and leadership • Experience documenting and mitigating risks and dependencies • Experience tracking key decisions and mapping timelines • Experience supporting scope and resource management • Experience using project management tools to run projects • Ability to work with people who have limited project-management knowledge • ClickUp experience preferred • Non-profit experience preferred • Experience working with membership organizations is a plus • Preference for European time zone, with flexibility to integrate some working hours with the US time zone when required • Lean management style • PMP, PRINCE, Scrum Master, Kanban Practitioner, or other project-management certification preferred • Availability to start from mid-September 2026
