📋 Description

• Analyze revenue cycle management data and trends to determine root causes of process failures and identify opportunities to increase revenue • Assist with project implementation in collaboration with team members • Contribute to project planning, implementation, evaluation, measurable goals and objectives, and progress monitoring • Identify process improvement opportunities in the revenue cycle management process • Collaborate with project teams throughout the project lifecycle • Organize and monitor schedules to ensure deadlines are met • Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants • Monitor project progress toward goals and objectives and document key decisions • Create project management calendars for tracking and monitoring goals and objectives • Maintain and monitor project plans and document and follow up on actions and decisions • Maintain patient confidentiality and operate within HIPAA guidelines • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Three (3) years work-related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management regardless of industry • Exact job experience is considered any of the above tasks in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment that routinely bills insurance • Ability to proactively address potential issues and make decisions • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Collaborative working style and team-player attitude • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to learn new technologies and technical aptitude to understand data flow through systems and system interaction • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and function within HIPAA guidelines
