📋 Description

• Generate, review, and deliver study files to BioPharma customers according to study specifications • Collect study data using internal and external resources and meet delivery deadlines • Troubleshoot data issues with cross-functional partners including Business Development, Alliance Managers, Client Managers, Analytical Project Managers, Sample Management, Software, and Computational Biology teams • Review customer data queries and implement and verify data cleanup activities • Support alignment of data workflows with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams • Serve as point of contact for Data Transfer Agreement discussions for assigned low- to medium-complexity customers • Participate in training and assist with Data Transfer Agreement implementations • Monitor, maintain, draft, review, negotiate, and finalize Data Transfer Agreements under supervision • Attend customer and third-party data manager meetings during study setup and implementation • Respond to client needs and inquiries using Salesforce, TaskRay, Tableau, GitLab, JIRA, and the data warehouse • Coordinate communication regarding user access for internal and external platforms • Run, create, and maintain JSON scripts and develop scripts using Python documentation to process, clean, and generate study-specific deliverables • Create and maintain scripts and enhancements for sponsor-specific reporting requirements • Participate in data wrangling and support development of data analysis tools • Maintain code repositories and version control through GitLab • Support custom tools that automate processes, streamline data workflows, and enable scalable operations • Monitor orders, coordinate data release activities, and track order and revenue forecasting • Support CDM reporting and analytics for leadership decision-making • Coordinate data management activities and participate in cross-functional study discussions • Evaluate CDM processes and recommend workflow and data-delivery improvements • Perform regulatory responsibilities per Good Manufacturing Practices • Maintain CDM documents, SOPs, training materials, and tracking systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors + 2 years of related experience, or Masters + 0 years of related experience • Exposure to database management best practices • Exposure to data tools and programming languages such as Java, Python, or R • Exposure to software tools such as Excel, Bash, and Git • Skills in data analysis, identifying trends, and developing solutions through data analysis • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High level of organization to manage incoming data files, maintain data systems, and ensure data accuracy • Strong focus on detail to ensure accuracy and integrity of sensitive client information • Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team in a quick turnaround environment with tight deadlines • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards • Client-focused skills, including empathy and ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients • Knowledge of data protection regulations, such as GDPR • Knowledge of clinical trials process, including phases, key timelines, regulatory oversight, IRB Approval, FDA Submission, FDA approval, GCP guidance, and data analysis • Exposure to AI-driven insights for data interpretation and coding/scripting, quality control, and refining client correspondence • Knowledge of molecular biology and/or high throughput data analysis, or related fields • Knowledge of project management principles • Adaptive is not currently sponsoring candidates requiring work authorization support for this position
