📋 Description

• Responsible for all phases of software development including specification, design, implementation, test, deployment of software that supports Adaptive’s production software systems. • Assists in troubleshooting and resolving production system issues • All other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or certified Bootcamp and/or 10+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. • Extensive experience with a strongly typed object-oriented language • Extensive experience with scripting languages • Experience with relational databases • Full-stack experience with web services • Familiarity with standard software development best practices: source code control, unit testing, in-code documentation and automated build environments • Ability to work in Linux environments • Superior communication skills in a highly diverse cross-discipline environment • Preferred: • Java and Python experience • Concurrent or distributed computing experience • Experience with regulated software development • Experience with Linux applications spread across a hybrid cloud environment (AWS, Azure, collocation facility) • Experience with Next-generation sequencing data or LIMS systems
