📋 Description

• Achieve or exceed sales goals by promoting ADC Therapeutics hematology therapeutic products within the assigned territory • Develop deep understanding of accounts and customer sentiment toward ZYNLONTA® • Call on medical centers, academic institutions, satellite offices, hospital systems, IDNs, cancer centers, oncology practices, medical oncologists, hematologists, nurses, and associations • Become an expert on ZYNLONTA®'s clinical profile and articulate its value proposition to key stakeholders • Provide customer service and educate customers on ZYNLONTA® using a patient-focused approach • Create and execute territory management and account plans using market data and insights • Provide healthcare providers with accurate product information while complying with applicable laws and company policies • Participate in training and maintain market knowledge regarding products, indications, treatment guidelines, market conditions, competition, patient access, and promotional trends • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates • Implement approved sales, marketing programs, and resources • Complete administrative and training responsibilities in a timely and compliant manner • Report adverse events according to company policy • Attend required meetings and training programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university • 5+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry preferred • Oncology/Hematology experience preferred • Experience with buy and bill products preferred • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus • Motivated by patient focus and demonstrate a sense of urgency • Established customer rapport and relationships in geographic area preferred • Proven ability to effectively communicate and partner with all levels – internal and external stakeholders • Strong verbal and written communications, analytical and problem-solving skills • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Ability to comply with credentialing • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Ability to travel approximately 4 days/week within the territory • Ability to travel as necessary, including weekend travel for congresses
