📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable, best-practice solutions within existing Addepar environments • Deliver measurable client outcomes aligned to client goals • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across the Addepar platform • Identify and resolve technical risks before escalation • Communicate project health, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referenceability • Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Success Managers, and Support Leads on sustainable client-success models • Partner with Product and R&D teams to surface client insights and improve tooling and self-sufficiency • Optimize internal processes, tools, and engagement models • Develop repeatable methodologies, templates, and process improvements • Build tools, scripts, and automations to eliminate manual work and increase throughput

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, Professional Services, or Consulting • Prior client-facing and financial services experience strongly preferred • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and source systems, or related experience in professional services, client implementations, solution consulting, wealthtech, or prior Addepar platform exposure • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship • Authorized to begin work in the U.S. on the first day of employment • Nice to have: investment management software implementation experience • Nice to have: experience using and implementing AI, specifically Claude Cowork • Nice to have: programming or scripting capability, particularly Python • Nice to have: experience with data architecture, ETL processes, or reporting infrastructure • Nice to have: passion for technology and finance
