📋 Description

• Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability • Lead advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, throughput optimization, and simulation-based flow analysis • Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate operational waste • Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments • Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies • Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership • Champion safety and ergonomic compliance in process and layout designs • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • 3-5+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience • Ability to work remotely with travel to Excellerate facilities up to 25% of the time • Availability to work between 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday • Ability to work a flexible schedule • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints • Knowledge of OSHA and applicable ISO standards • Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test
