📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end software implementation projects from planning through execution, monitoring, closeout, go-live, and stabilization • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and governance documentation • Coordinate consultants, product, engineering, support, and client stakeholders • Lead client meetings, project checkpoints, and status reviews • Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items • Identify project risks early and drive mitigation plans • Manage project scope and support change control processes • Communicate project health, timelines, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders • Support client onboarding, testing, training, go-live, and post-launch stabilization • Contribute to process improvement initiatives strengthening delivery consistency, reporting, and execution quality • Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation, SaaS, enterprise applications, or professional services environments • Demonstrated experience managing software implementation or deployment projects • Strong project management fundamentals • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies • Ability to identify and drive process improvements • Organized, proactive, and client-facing • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
