📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on assigned projects • Lead a portfolio of clinical trials within the Medical Imaging and Cardiac Safety Solutions team • Manage customer communication, routine teleconferences, and reporting deliverables • Develop project timelines and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate cross-functional internal resources to deliver quality, on-time project outcomes • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements • Forecast, track, and submit revenue; update budgets and contracts • Apply project management principles, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction practices • Act as customer contact and study lead from startup through project close-out • Develop and implement project plans and timelines through internal and external kick-off meetings • Develop presentations for Investigator Meetings and customer-facing meetings; travel to present when required • Escalate issues to management as appropriate • Complete revenue forecasting and invoicing accurately and on time • Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer teleconferences; maintain agendas, minutes, and records • Update budgets and contracts and obtain approvals for Change Requests • Generate and maintain Patient and Site Tracking Reports using MS Excel and study databases • Coordinate site data queries and resolve data issues • Travel with Business Development for customer meetings as requested • Present internally and externally on the project portfolio • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks • Comply with internal SOPs and work instructions • Develop and update internal documents and guides, including training materials and SOPs • Participate in customer audits as requested by Regulatory Affairs • Oversee Site Management and Reader Management activities • Meet or exceed internal Project Management metrics • Travel possibly required up to 20% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preference in Life Sciences or similar) or equivalent education/work experience • Minimum of three years in a customer-focused role • Desired minimum of one year working in a project management role within the clinical trial industry • Imaging or Cardiac experience preferred but not required • Advanced English fluency required for business communication • Previous work history in English as primary language required • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
