📋 Description

• Process prescriptions and speak with patients in coordination with Adjuvant’s clinical guidance • Create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with the medical team • Assess, observe, and regularly communicate with patients regarding prescriptions and refill requests • Administer and fulfill prescription and refill requests, including monitoring patients for side effects • Oversee prescription administration and processes for the ABH medical psychiatry team • Partner with providers, the Psychiatrist, and Clinical Director to ensure medically related regulatory and legal requirements are met • Support Adjuvant Behavioral Health’s mission of providing accessible behavioral healthcare to oncology patients, families, and caregivers

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university • State licensure • Two years of professional-level experience in a nursing setting • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Texas Board of Nursing • Preferred: 2+ years of healthcare experience with oncology • Preferred: 1 year of experience in telehealth settings
