Administer Justice is a church-led nonprofit that launches and supports Gospel Justice Centers to provide low-cost, church-based legal aid and holistic support to vulnerable, low-income neighbors. The organization partners with churches, volunteer attorneys, and community volunteers to close the civil justice gap by offering legal advice, coordinating volunteer-led clinics, and integrating faith-based care and resources. Administer Justice focuses on empowering churches to host centers, recruiting and training volunteers, and connecting clients with compassionate legal help and spiritual hope.

📋 Description

• Promptly and efficiently answer phone and email requests from volunteers serving at Gospel Justice Centers • Provide high-quality support to increase volunteer effectiveness and satisfaction • Provide support, assistance, and guidance to clients calling about scheduled Saturday appointments • Call clients back with additional information, appointment rescheduling or cancellation assistance, or appointment scheduling • Monitor client calls and provide support when clients have difficulty connecting with their teams • Work with the Answering Service vendor to call back clients during the week who need additional information or support • Contribute to a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment that attracts and retains committed volunteers • Periodically cover client and volunteer support shifts during the week when able • Meet success measures including call answer rate and speed, time to resolution, and client and volunteer satisfaction scores

🎯 Requirements

• Part-time availability: 17 hours per week • Availability from 7am–3pm Central Time every Saturday, except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and 5th Saturdays • Monday–Tuesday daytime availability for 10 hours • In a growing, energetic relationship with Jesus and aligned with Administer Justice’s Statement of Faith • Exceptional heart for service and ability to guide others for deeper ministry impact • Highly computer proficient; able to quickly learn and efficiently use new systems and train others • Experience answering and routing high-volume phone calls, emails, and chats • Fluency in English required • Fluency in Spanish preferred • Experience with Zendesk, Vonage, or Acuity is a plus
