📋 Description

• Manage, sell, promote, and take responsibility for all XXIO activities within the South Carolina territory • Manage the XXIO business with Authorized Dealers and enlist additional XXIO Dealers • Promote XXIO Fitting Days, Experience Days, Full Set Trial events, Launch events, and related market activities • Lead product training for all XXIO Dealers and staff • Achieve agreed objectives and targets, including dealer count, territory revenue, van sales, and trial days • Operate and maintain a full-service Sprinter-type van equipped with promotional, demo/trial, event, and deliverable products • Operate the van safely, conduct preset vehicle maintenance, and keep it clean and professional • Submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly van/product inventory reports • Set and maintain weekly and monthly travel, call, event, and appointment schedules • Update the schedule daily and keep it visible to the Direct Supervisor • Potentially spend some season months in other important XXIO markets that are in season

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Golf industry, retail, and/or education experience is a plus • High-energy individual with strong multitasking, selling, and relationship-building skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellence at managing multiple priorities • Willingness to travel • Ability to work weekends and evenings

• Guaranteed salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year • $25,000 targeted commissions based on sales • Uncapped commissions potential
