📋 Description

• Act in a sponsorship capacity for deals within an assigned patch of business • Identify, recruit, hire, onboard, empower, grow, enable, and retain top architect talent • Maintain an operational cadence for reporting and updates that effectively communicates deal status • Interact directly with individual contributors and leaders in presales, sales, product management, delivery, and engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of architecture experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or content architecture • 10+ years of people management experience • Software presales or sales experience preferred • Familiarity with Adobe products, especially Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform • Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and documentation skills • Ability to build strong relationships with Adobe and partner consultants and delivery leaders
