📋 Description

• Own how Tideline RCM's operating model runs as the company brings on future healthcare claims and revenue cycle management customers • Develop and iterate standard operating procedures for the operations team • Define exception-handling taxonomy, escalation paths, and guardrail metrics • Work directly in the exception queue alongside RCM operations specialists during launch • Analyze workflow patterns, failure modes, and edge cases • Improve the system around the exception queue and turn recurring issues into product and automation opportunities • Run forward-deployed investigations into unproductized parts of customer processes • Document discoveries and provide product and engineering with evidence-backed automation opportunities • Identify customer-specific treatment that will not scale and flag it • Report directly to Tideline's co-founder and Head of Product

🎯 Requirements

• Product or Product Operations experience owning processes, tooling, instrumentation, or operating models • Strong systems thinking and judgment • Comfort with data and observability tooling, including dashboards, structured logs, exception queues, and operational metrics • Track record of turning ambiguous work into repeatable systems such as SOPs, runbooks, workflows, escalation paths, or operating cadences • Ability to work directly in operations during launch and identify patterns, improve the operating model, and influence product priorities • Strong cross-functional operating skills across domain experts, product, engineering, and customer teams • Comfortable building from 0 to 10 • Experience in health tech is helpful; healthcare claims or RCM experience is a plus, but not a requirement • Familiarity with AI-native, human-in-the-loop operations • Prior forward-deployed engineering, solutions consulting, or implementation experience is a plus • Familiarity with healthcare claims, payers, or revenue cycle management is a plus
