📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain complex mainframe applications and software solutions • Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions • Create and maintain application architecture, technical specifications, and program documentation • Develop, test, debug, and implement software enhancements and new functionality • Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate requirements and ensure successful delivery • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support • Perform system integration activities between hardware and software components • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices • Optimize system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and information assurance standards • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and process improvements • Lead technical initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements
