📋 Description

• Support Advarra’s Reporting and Insights team • Work closely with Business Intelligence and Data Platforms teams to deliver reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights • Create and maintain data models and pipelines • Conduct ad hoc analysis • Resolve business and technical issues • Lead situations requiring new data modeling and make design decisions for business data solutions • Follow Product and Technology team procedures supporting Business Intelligence needs • Drive collaboration to identify individuals needed for resolutions • Capture and document requirements across the enterprise • Support solution architecture and optimize data structures for consistent data capture and analytics • Track development in process and provide project updates • Participate in release management and deployment • Govern data pipelines and work with stakeholders across teams to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information Science or related area of experience • 2+ years of experience with a focus on SQL coding, data pipeline monitoring, data modeling, and data validation • Advanced Excel • Advanced Snowflake • Advanced Databricks • Advanced SQL • Experience with DBT and Github • Python, JSON, HTML, and other coding experience • Advanced presentation skills • Advanced business analysis skills • Effective, well-reasoned decision-making • End user requirements gathering • Ability to work on cross-functional teams • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills • Ability to adapt and navigate change • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
